To avoid damage to the mainboard, there is a protection screw on your D5S series micro-controller (check pic below).  Once the power is over-charged or the printer is heavily rattled (possibly during shipping), the mainboard will lock itself to protect against being further damaged. To unlock the mainboard you can loosen the screw circled in the picture below or remove it completely. Once removed, try to power up the printer once again. In the event that the machine is not powering on again there may be damage to the mainboard that is not repairable and the mainboard may need to be replaced.
